Postcard from Bamberg

 Hello everyone and happy Tuesday!

Here is a little travel post from my hometown, Bamberg!

Now, I might me a little biased but this cute little Bavarian town has just stolen my heart and I always love coming back home to it's colourful, medieval streets!

It's the perfect city trip for everyone who's into history (Bamberg is called the 'frankonian Rome', built on seven hills and for a short time has been the centre of the Holy Roman Empire), medieval buildings and Beer (it's home to nine breweries).

Lonely Planet describes the city as a disarmingly beautiful architectural masterpiece with an almost complete absence of modern eyesore, Bamberg's entire Alststadt is a Unesco World Heritage Site and one of Bavaria's unmissable.

During my recent stay in Bamberg it was quite mild, so I could ditch my winter boots and finally wear my new booties! I know I'm about four years too late to the party but I've quickly joined the club of the 'Isabel Marant Dicker Boots Lovers'! They are just the perfect boot, even for wandering over old, cobbled streets!

I've paired them with these light grey Joe's Jeans  and this gorgeous, jacquard check printed ME + EM jumper and my favourite Penmayne fedora hat (enter the code 'YOURHAT' at check-out and receive 10% off your order)!

I'm a little obsessed with earrings lately and I'm so happy to have discovered this gorgeous brand called Adore Jewelry, who do the cutest earrings!

Here are a few more snaps from the city centre and do let me know if you are planning to head there or have already been!
